Finance Team

Mission Statement:

• "To serve the Gallatin Church of Christ by providing stewardship and oversight in the management of the church's financial resources."

Theme Verse:

• James 1:17 - "Every good and perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning." (NKJV)

Purpose:

• To oversee all things financial for the Gallatin Church of Christ, including, but not limited to, budget preparation and recommendations to the elders when necessary.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Propose and observe annual budget for church, including accounting of each Ministry Team budget
• Oversee and observe property and casualty insurance for church
• Make budget recommendations to each Ministry Team
• Present a written financial statement of church budget at each Leadership Meeting
