Youth Ministry

--Led by our Associate Minister and our Youth Ministry Team--

The Gallatin Church of Christ Youth Ministry serves students in middle and high school. We believe in challenging our students to follow Christ more faithfully, and to achieve this goal, we hope to create an atmosphere in which students can feel comfortable sharing their lives with each other. We believe in openness and honesty, doing whatever it takes to build trust in each other and trust in God, despite our circumstances. All of our activities strive toward this goal and have meaning only with this in mind.

Souper Bowl of Caring

This year's Super Bowl will be on Sunday, February 4. Keeping in line with the spirit of giving, we will participate once again in the Souper Bowl collection for the hungry in our community.

Winterfest

Winterfest is an annual youth rally held in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, in the Convention Center. Lasting an entire weekend, Winterfest includes energetic worship, dynamic and relevant speakers, individual youth group time, and small group free time in Gatlinburg.

Winterfest 2007, "The Prize" - February 16-18, 2007. Cost: $50.00. The deposit ($20.00) and sign-up deadline is January 28, and don't forget the Liability Release Forms! Mandatory meeting on Sunday, February 11, 4:00 p.m., in the Chapel.

Spring Retreats

2007 Theme: "Action Heroes"
Just one month after Winterfest 2007, we will have our high school spring retreat at Short Mountain Bible Camp, March 16-18. Sign-ups have begun, with discounts available for teens who invite friends to go or have siblings who go as well. Starting cost: $40.00. Sign-up deadline: Sunday, February 25. To be combined with GreenRidge, Western Hills, and White House Churches of Christ.
Our middle school spring retreat is April 27-29 at Short Mountain Bible Camp. Combined with the same churches as the high schoolers, we'll look forward to a fun-packed weekend. Sign-ups have begun, and the same discounts apply. Deadline: February 25.
