Small Groups Team

Mission Statement:

• "To serve the Gallatin Church of Christ by planning, organizing, and administrating a small groups ministry that promotes closer fellowship and spiritual growth among her members, as well as providing an opportunity for outreach."

Theme Verse:

• Acts 5:42 - "Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Christ." (NIV)

Purpose:

• To plan, develop and administrate an effective small groups ministry that will meet on a regular basis in members' homes all over the Gallatin community.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Promote and oversee small groups ministry with the help of our Senior Minister
• Choose and/or write Bible study curriculum for small group meetings
• Propose and observe annual budget for Small Groups Team
• Report on status of ministry to church leadership at each Leadership Meeting
