Purpose:
-
To make sure every member of the Gallatin Church of Christ has the opportunity to learn the things necessary for a productive, ever-growing Christian life, and so that each one will be equipped to effectively make disciples in their own personal walks of life.
Specific Responsibilities:
-
Plan, develop and administrate the overall education program for our Sunday School program, Wednesday Bible study program (AM & PM), Children's Church program, and Nursery program.
- Recruit teachers for all classes mentioned above

Plan teacher training sessions as necessary

Plan and implement a quarter system and teacher rotation system

Propose and observe annual budget for Education Team

Report on status of ministry to church leadership at the monthly Leadership Meeting
