Mission Statement:

• "To serve the Gallatin Church of Christ by overseing the Childcare programs in order to provide quality, affordable childcare and early education in a loving, Christian atmosphere."

Theme Verse:

• Proverbs 22:6 - "Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it." (NIV)

Purpose:

• To plan, develop, and administrate the Day Care, Aftercare, and Infant-Toddler Care programs in conjunction with church and state guidelines, acting as the ruling authority over all things pertaining to the childcare operations provided by our church.

Specific Responsibilities:

• (Each member will act as a board member overseeing the childcare program.)
• Determine and enforce guidelines for childcare employees and general operation of programs and facilities
• Work closely with Outreach Team to effectively reach the families of the children in the programs with the message of Jesus Christ
• Propose and observe annual budget for Day Care, Aftercare, and Infant-Toddler Care
• Report on status of ministry to church leadership at each Leadership Meeting
