Purpose:

• To plan, develop, and administrate fellowship activities and the calendar of events for the Gallatin Church of Christ so that she will become a closer, more united body of believers through fellowship in Jesus.
  

Specific Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen set-up, tear-down, clean-up, etc. for all fellowship dinners or gatherings in the CEC that require the use of the kitchen (e.g. Refreshment)
• Organize all fellowship events and activities (not worship assemblies or outreach events)
• Plan at least one special fellowship event per quarter for the entire church
• Keep the master calendar of activities for the church; work with Church Secretary to make sure everything is coordinated with all church events on the calendar
• Oversee website and implement a bulletin board so that the church will be well-informed of all fellowship events
